Refund Conditions

I want every client who joins the Happy Hounds Foundation Program to feel fully supported and confident in applying the training. If, after 60 days of actively applying the program, you do not see significant improvement in your hound’s behaviour, I will continue working with you until you do, or offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to show that you have fully engaged with the program and made reasonable efforts to apply the training consistently. This means you must have:

  • Completed all modules of the Happy Hounds Foundation Program online course.

  • Attended all scheduled group calls, or watched the replays where live attendance was not possible.

  • Made use of at least one available drop-in call.

  • Booked your included free one-to-one call with me if you are having difficulty applying the lessons, or if you are considering requesting a refund.

  • Completed all homework assignments set throughout the program.

  • Completed your weekly progress sheets and can provide them as evidence of your work and your hound’s progress.

A refund will only be considered where these conditions have been met, as the guarantee is designed for clients who have genuinely followed the program, used the support available, and consistently applied the training with their hound.

If you feel you are not seeing the progress you hoped for, please contact me before the end of the 60-day period so we can review your progress sheets, discuss any challenges, and agree on the best next steps. Where appropriate, I will either continue working with you to help you achieve meaningful improvement, or issue a full refund.

The 60-day period begins on the date of your last group call.
